Paulie is a former professional boxer in the light welterweight division. His journey began in 2001 as an amateur. With a record of 20-5, Paulie demonstrated his talent by becoming the champion in notable tournaments such as the 2001 Boxing for Christ, the 2003 Desert Showdown, and the 2005 Cal Pal State tournaments.

In 2006, Paulie turned professional. Throughout his professional journey, he faced formidable opponents, engaging in 11 thrilling fights. His career reached its pinnacle in 2014 with a win over Zachary Wohlman, a protégé of boxing coach Freddie Roach, culminating his career on a high note.

Following his retirement from the ring, Paulie transitioned into his role as a full-time boxing coach. Currently training at Infinite Training Systems, a personal training gym in Costa Mesa, California, he imparts his vast knowledge, skills, and experiences to clients and aspiring boxers. With his guidance, clients develop their technique, strategy, and overall boxing abilities, aiming to fulfill their potential in the sport and fitness.

Throughout his career, Paulie has had the privilege of competing and training alongside some of the boxing world's finest, including the likes of Freddie Roach, Triple G, Vasily Lomachenko, Jesse Reid, and Robert Garcia. These experiences have further enriched his understanding of the sport and enhanced his ability to nurture the talents of up-and coming boxers and anyone who wants to get in great shape while learning the Sweet Science of Boxing.
